Q: What kind of security do you provide?
A: Guard-it is a fully gated facility, complete with video cameras, and 24 hour monitoring with recording. Each tenant receives a unique access card for entry to the property and the building. We keep our hallways always lit.
Q: Do you accept Delivery/Packages?
A: Yes!
Q: Do have provide discounts?
A: We provide student and senior discounts, as well as prepayment discounts.
Q: Do you sell moving/packing supplies?
A: Yes! We have a wide range of moving and packing supplies available in our retail shop.
Q: Do you have a loading door? Elevator?
A: Yes! We have both.
Q: Can I move-in same day or do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, paperwork can all be done on move-in day.
Q: Do you have a place for dumping/garbage?
A: No, however there is a Garbage & Recycling Drop off Depot located 1.7kms from here (50 Ingram Drive)
